des avances, solliciter des faveurs sexuelles, poser des questions sur des activit\u00e9s sexuelles, faire des attouchements sexuels. <\/p>\n<p>Cependant, le harc\u00e8lement sexuel au travail n\u2019a souvent rien \u00e0 voir avec le d\u00e9sir ou l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sexuel ! Il vise plut\u00f4t \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler. Les employeurs sont indirectement responsables des actions de membres de leur personnel.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ignorance de la loi ne constitue pas une excuse \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9. Les employeurs du Nouveau-Brunswick sont tenus d&#8217;avoir une politique sur l&#8217;intimidation et le harc\u00e8lement, qui devrait inclure un processus de plainte. Si vous appartenez \u00e0 un syndicat, parlez-en au repr\u00e9sentant syndical.
