Qui est charg\u00e9e de veiller \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre et \u00e0 l\u2019application de quatre lois :<\/p><ul><li>la <a href=\"https:\/\/laws.gnb.ca\/fr\/document\/lc\/O-0.2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Loi sur l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail<\/a> du Nouveau Brunswick;<\/li><li>la <a href=\"https:\/\/laws.gnb.ca\/fr\/document\/lc\/W-13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Loi sur les accidents du travail<\/a> du Nouveau Brunswick<em>;<\/em><\/li><li>la <a href=\"https:\/\/laws.gnb.ca\/fr\/document\/lc\/W-14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Loi sur la Commission de la sant\u00e9, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l\u2019indemnisation des accidents au travail et le Tribunal d\u2019appel des accidents au travail du Nouveau Brunswick<\/a>; et<\/li><li>la <a href=\"https:\/\/laws.gnb.ca\/fr\/document\/lc\/F-12.5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Loi sur l\u2019indemnisation des pompiers<\/a> du Nouveau-Brunswick.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le R\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 91-191 pris en vertu de la <em>Loi sur l&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail<\/em> contient des r\u00e8gles sur ce qu&#8217;un employeur doit mettre en place pour un lieu de travail exempt de harc\u00e8lement. La priorit\u00e9 principale est la pr\u00e9vention des blessures subies au travail et des maladies professionnelles. \u00ab Blessures subies au travail \u00bb comprend les blessures psychologiques r\u00e9sultant d&#8217;un traumatisme subi au travail. Si vous \u00eates victime de harc\u00e8lement ou d\u2019agression sexuelle au travail et que vous subissez un traumatisme en cons\u00e9quence, vous pourriez \u00eatre admissible aux services de
